Return & Refund Policy – Sasha Pets

At Sasha Pets, we strive to provide high-quality products for birds and pets. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. No Return & Refund Policy
All products sold on Sasha Pets are non-returnable and non-refundable. Once an order is placed and shipped, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

2. Transport Damage Disclaimer
Sasha Pets is not responsible for any damage during transport or shipping. All orders are shipped with proper packaging, but the risk during transit is the responsibility of the customer.

3. Missing Product Claims
If you receive an order with a missing item, you must record a clear unboxing video while opening the package.

  • The video must start before opening the parcel.

  • The shipping label must be visible in the video.

  • Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.

4. Claim Time
Any missing item claim must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with the unboxing video.

5. Product Availability
Sasha Pets provides a wide range of bird accessories and pet products for bird lovers and pet owners.
